Ingredients

1 cup (96g) rolled oats
1 tablespoon (9g) psyllium
2 tablespoons (10g) shredded coconut
1/4 cup (41g) pepitas
1/4 cup (35g) sunflower seeds
1/4 cup (34g) roasted almonds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey/maple syrup
SPC ProVital Two Fruits, to serve
SPC ProVital Apple & Peach Puree, to serve
Natural yoghurt, to serve
Golden syrup, to serve

Recipe Method

Step 1

Preheat oven 160°C (140°C fan forced ) Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Place dry ingredients in food processor and pulse for 15 seconds or until the almonds and oats are broken up into tiny pieces. Pour into a bowl and mix with honey or maple syrup.

Step 3

Spread out on prepared oven tray and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Stirring once during cooking time. Cool on tray and store in an airtight container. Serve in bowls with Apple & Peach Puree, Two Fruits, natural yoghurt, and a drizzle of golden syrup.
